We guarantee our leather for 3 full years. In that time, if it splits or separates then we will replace the leather free of charge (we'll cover the postage too).
Just send us evidence to show what happened (e.g. a photo by email).
Product colours may differ slightly from the actual item. This is because of the photography process and our/your screen/display.
When we describe a product as being in silver or gold we are referring to the COLOUR and NOT the precious metals. If a buckle is gold or silver plated then we will state this very clearly.
Buckles: We use a bendy plastic ruler to get our buckle measurements, not a micrometer. So we might be out by a millimetre or two.
Belts: For belts we ask for your waist size.If you would like a belt to go around your hips, just give us your hip measurement instead!
In nearly all the images the metal loop at the back of the buckle is not shown. Most of the buckles won't stand up on their own so something was clamped to the loop during the photography.
You can amend your order by adding or removing items in your shopping cart. If you need to change your order afterwards, you can email us or call. Please don't leave it too long though or we may have posted it.
We only deliver to the UK.
For UK orders of 30 or more, there is NO p&p charge - delivery is free!
For UK orders up to £30, the p&p charge is £3.49.
For orders from the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man the p&p charge is £5.99 for any order value.
P&P is calculated when you select the relevant delivery/shipping method at the checkout.
Our UK delivery time is usually 3 - 4 working days from receipt of order.
If we happen to be out of stock for an item then we will order it and this may take between 7 - 10 working days from receipt of order. If we cannot deliver to you in that time we will inform you.
If we cannot deliver within 30 days then we will refund your order, including any postage and packing paid.
In the UK we deliver via Royal Mails Recorded Post service, which requires a signature on delivery.
The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are by airmail and signed for/recorded delivery.
We don't deliver outside the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
If we happen to be out of stock for an item then we will order it and this may take between 7 - 10 working days from receipt of order.
If an item is subsequently discontinued, we will inform you by email and do our best to source it for you. If we can't get it for you then we will refund your order, including any postage and packing paid.
We may send goods of a similar description if the original item(s) you ordered are not available.
If you do not wish to keep these substitute goods then please return them to us.
Payment for internet orders is made by PayPal. We do not view your credit card details as these are handled directly by PayPal and not Worldbelts.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link using 128-bit encryption.
We don't disclose buyers' information to anyone else (other than the postal service so that they can deliver your order).
Taxable items have 20% VAT (sales tax) included. All prices are retail (not wholesale).
When requested and agreed, these will be made within 30 days.
Counting from the next working day after you receive your order, you have seven working days to cancel.
If you decide to cancel in this time, you must tell us in writing, by email, fax or letter and return the goods to us within 30 days. Contact details are shown on the Contact page of this website.
Cancellation rights on custom made goods
This right of cancellation does not apply to custom made goods - goods which are tailored to your own specifications (such as custom-made belts or belt-straps). In this case, returns are at our discretion.

If a fault should develop within 6 months of receipt of goods, excluding abuse/misuse and/or acceptable wear & tear, we will either repair, replace or refund your money (if we can't fix it).
